I have a question about my skin care regimen, who do I contact?

For specific product recommendations or questions about your skin care regimen, please contact our office directly during regular business hours.

Do you ship internationally? 

We currently only ship within the United States. 

How long will it take to receive my order?                                                 

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders typically take 5 - 7 business days to receive. Please allow for additional shipping time if placing an order over a weekend or during holidays. 

Please note, orders will not ship on the following dates due to holiday closures:

  • New Year’s Eve
  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Friday after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • Day after Christmas

Can my Allē points (formerly known as Brilliant Distinctions®) be applied to my order?

No. If you have Allē points or coupons to use towards your purchase, please contact our office directly to place your order for SkinMedica® products.

Please note: We will do our best to update your Allē account with points based on your SkinMedica® purchase. We recommend calling our office to make sure points were deposited for your SkinMedica® purchase online. 

Can I use my Pima Dermatology Birthday Coupon for my order?

No. If you have received a Birthday Coupon, you may only redeem it at Pima Dermatology. Offer not valid through our online store. Please contact our office to make your purchase over the phone to redeem.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. However, there are special circumstances that may warrant a refund or exchange. You will be contacted within 24 hours of your inquiry. Please note that we are closed on weekends.
